In the spirit of celebration, we bring to you some fun cocktails that will bring you the luck of the Irish!

Shamrock Martini

Toast to your luck with this martini that combines mint with chocolate, two iconic flavors.

  • Ice
  • 3⁄4 oz. Monin Green Mint Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz. white crème de cacao liqueur
  • 1 1⁄4 oz. chocolate vodka
  • 2 1⁄2 oz. half & half
  • Garnish: Chocolate Rimmer

Directions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Fill a mixing glass 2/3 with ice.
  3. Pour the ingredients in order as listed above.
  4. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  5. Add garnish, and serve.

Torani Fruity Juice Shot

The vivid green midori liquor takes on a berry twist for a must-try shot.

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker ¾ with ice.
  2. Add the ingredients as listed above.
  3. Shake until combined and chill.
  4. Strain into a 3 oz. shot glass.
  5. Serve.

Irish Coffee

Spice your coffee with some brown sugar and Irish whisky, and before you know it, you will be singing some Irish tunes!

Directions

  1. Fill serving glass full of hot water to warm the glass.
  2. Discard hot water and pour ingredients into the serving glass in order listed.
  3. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Add garnish, straw, and serve.

Sour Apple Martini

Directions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Fill mixing glass with 2/3 ice.

  4. Cap, shake, and strain into the chilled serving glass.
