Grass jelly and milk tea popsicles are refreshing and are sure to cool you down during a heat wave.

Grass Jelly

  1. Boil 3/4 qt. water in sauce pan.
  2. Transfer hot water to a glass bowl.
  3. Combine hot water, grass jelly syrup, grass jelly powder, turbinado sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Stir until all ingredients have dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture into a container to cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate jelly overnight.

Popsicles

  1. Make milk tea by combining milk tea blast powder, 48 oz. of hot water, and non-dairy creamer.
  2. Cut grass jelly into cubes and scoup desired ammount into popsicle molds.
  3. Pour milk tea into molds over jelly.
  4. Freeze overnight or until popsicles are fully formed.
  5. Pull out of mold and serve.
